How it works

1

Just talk

Simple questions, one at a time. Speak your answers into your phone, or type them. Stop and pick up whenever you like.

2

We organize it

Your answers become one plain-English guide: what exists, where it is, and who to contact.

3

Your family is ready

Choose who receives it. Update it when life changes, so it's always current.

What your family gets

The first page your family reads.

A will or trust covers who gets what. This covers everything around it: what exists, where it is, and who to call first. It works on top of the plan you already have, or on its own if you haven't made one yet.

Questions

Is this a will?

No. A will or trust is a legal document that says who gets what. Just So They Know is a practical guide that tells your family where things are and what to do first. Many people will use both.

Do you store my passwords or account numbers?

No, and we never ask for them. Your guide says which accounts exist and who to contact, not the keys to them.

Do I have to type everything?

No. You can answer each question out loud into your phone, and we write it down for you. Typing works too.

What if something changes?
